Lucy, founder

A vision built on training beauty professionals with excellence, passion and a real commitment to every single student.

Placeholder text: Lucy founded Bale Beauty Academy to give future cosmetologists, barbers, estheticians and lash artists a school where craft, discipline and personal attention come first. After years on the salon floor and in the classroom, she built a campus where every student is guided step by step — from their first hour of training to their state license and their first day at work.
